Spartans Security Recognised as Finalist in Three Categories at the 2026 Australian Cyber Awards

Spartans Security was named a finalist in three categories at the 2026 Australian Cyber Awards, held at The Star in Sydney last week. The recognition spans both our work as a firm and the contribution of our consulting team, and we could not be prouder of where this places us in the Australian cyber community.

A finalist for GRC Provider of the Year

Being shortlisted for GRC Provider of the Year alongside some of the heavyweight names in Australian cyber is not something we take lightly. The Australian Cyber Awards saw 221 finalists across 28 categories this year, with judging based on growth, leadership, innovation and contribution to Australia's cyber sector. To land on the GRC Provider shortlist proves our governance, risk and compliance work is being seen and valued at a national level.

A double finalist nod for Subhash Paudel

A particularly proud moment for the team was the recognition of our brilliant Consultant Subhash Paudel, who was named a finalist in two individual categories on the same night:

• Cyber Security Champion of the Year
• Cyber Professional of the Year, Professional Services

Two finalist spots in one night is no small thing. Subhash brings such a high level of care, technical depth and client focus to his work, and this recognition is well deserved.
