When a cyber crisis hits, the first 48 hours aren’t just about code - they’re about people.
Last Wednesday, our Managing Director, Louay Ghashash, was honoured to join an expert lineup at the After the Call: Human Leadership in Cyber Emergencies conference, hosted by Mitie at Brisbane Boys' College.

In the high-pressure environment of educational settings, technical solutions are only half the battle. The true test of a school’s resilience lies in its leadership.
Louay took the stage to lead two critical discussions:
The First 48 Hours: A deep dive into the intersection of People, Technology, and Decision-Making during the onset of a breach. Louay shared insights from Incident, showcasing lessons learnt, decision making and control failures before, during, after Incidents for Schools in 2025/2026.

The Human Impact: A panel discussion on how cyber attacks ripple through an organisation, affecting emotions, communication, and trust.
The key takeaway? While you can automate your defences, you cannot automate calm, confident leadership.
Thank you to Mitie and Brisbane Boys' College for hosting such a vital conversation for ICT leaders and school executives.
